What teams get first

Real workflow coverage, not just a prettier check-in screen.

Deckpass oversight workspace showing the captain snapshot, live onboard roster, evidence coverage, and attention items.

Roster preparation

Expected contractors can be loaded through a guided CSV import flow with template download, exact field guidance, and validation before import.

Arrival & operations

Pre-registered people, unexpected arrivals, and returning contractors can all be processed quickly at the gangway with badge-ready workflows, practical exception handling, and clearer operational control.

Crew & security visibility

Deckpass can also support a simpler crew or security roster, including imported records and a clearer live onboard picture alongside contractor and visitor movement.

Product experience

How Deckpass feels when the gangway is busy

  • Calm, clear, and premium rather than cluttered or admin-heavy
  • Fast enough for real arrival pressure, not slowed down by unnecessary steps
  • Structured enough to keep control without making the workflow feel bureaucratic
  • Clear about who is expected, onboard, denied, or checked out
  • Designed for real vessel use, with setup, badge, and hardware flows that the crew can configure with far less friction
Multilingual by configuration

Crew choose the kiosk languages. Visitors just tap theirs.

The visitor kiosk speaks English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Arabic, Polish, and Italian — with right-to-left support for Arabic. Crew pick the default and enabled languages in Setup, and boarding conditions can carry per-language translations.

Deckpass arrival rules settings showing the default kiosk language and the enabled visitor languages, including Arabic with right-to-left support.

Default + enabled languages

The kiosk opens in your chosen default and resets to it between visitors. English is always available as a fallback.

Conditions in the visitor’s language

Boarding conditions display in the selected language, and the language used for acceptance is stored with the visit record.

Crew workspace stays in English

Only the visitor-facing kiosk switches language — operations, oversight, and settings stay consistent for the crew.

Why this matters

Visitor management only works if the gangway team actually wants to use it.

Deckpass prioritises short arrival cycles, visible status, and operational continuity. That is what separates a yacht workflow product from a generic front-desk check-in app.

For repeated contractor traffic

Repeated company visits, changing schedules, role-specific access expectations, and the need to validate tomorrow's roster in advance are treated as normal operational patterns, not edge cases.

For variable connectivity

Core arrival, roster, and print steps stay local-first so the vessel does not lose operational control when cloud access becomes unreliable.

Operational fit

Built for the vessel workflow, not adapted from generic reception software.

Deckpass is structured around what actually matters at the gangway: fast arrivals, repeated contractor traffic, visible onboard status, and a cleaner operational record once the rush is over.

At the point of arrival

Supports faster check-in for expected people, unexpected arrivals, and returning contractors, with the controls needed for conditions, signatures, badges, and practical exception handling.
